Beginning with day, ending with night…

Morning was great, weather was fine, managed to get to lectures just in time.

Had to go to student living to clear the deposit that they owed the previous house tenants. Didn’t go too well, utility bills were sort of outstanding and they wanted a copy of the bills. GG for that. Was pretty worried about the deduction. Splurged at M&S.

Moving on, went around looking for blood. No, not True Blood, nor real blood. Fake blood. Managed to get some from Wilkos at a really reasonable price. got fangs as well. Still unsure what I want to be this halloween.

I came back straight away being a bit emo with my rent and stuff. Clarified stuff with the management and I’m in the go with what they told me. Prepped for the gym an hour before. Took a nap and then it came to me. I forgot to buy gym gloves. My main aim of the day what more! Mindfucked by the very own deposit scam that StudentLiving’s gonna do to our deposit. Fun.

Pretty pumped for gymming these few days. Came back as energised as always and cleaned the toilet.

The days that were..

Sorry for the lack of updates. Had one coursework due last Thursday and a few night outings that cost me my lack of sleep. Now I’m free! Well, sort of.

Back to basics. I was emo at one point, now I’m totes over it. Well for now that is. I’m not going to lie but I do get pissed off sometimes, so just don’t tick me off ;P

Now back to the interesting bits that you’ve not seen on facebook.

Life’s a dramafield..

Some say life’s a battlefield. I say life’s a dramafield. Who needs reality TV when you have so much drama in your own life? Trying to be like historians to change the present by looking at the past? This is just bAll-shit.

I don’t even know what I’m saying in my first paragraph but yeah, you live life only once. No second chances. There are always loop holes that bum you down but its worth the experience so that you don’t do it over again and again. In my past experience, I’ve learnt no to take things slow, I’ve overlooked ulterior motives, I’ve made bad irrational decisions etc. After all that, I’m still here! I may get emo about stuff but that’s just a short term thing. I don’t resort to cutting myself or smoking or drinking alone when I always do imply that I would. It’s just not the right way to go.

This is why we have close friends near by at all times. I just don’t see the point in self harming yourself when you can just tell a very close friend about your issues. Haiz..

I’ll abruptly stop here and move on with what happened last night!

Woke up this morning with a bad headache, was obviously late for lecture. Well, 1 minute late, but what the heck. Early in the morning, had analytical chemistry. Not really a fan for that module after the first assessment. Feedback was given back after one day of handing in. Quite efficient with the feedback. What I wasn’t happy about the feedback was that he told us that most of us used the wrong value for the first part of the assessment. Oh yeah, it was a statistics assessment. It was a bitch. With 7 days to work on it, I thought it was pretty much of a rush. But in the end, what else can we do? The amount of time was just right.

Back on the wrong value used, we weren’t given examples on t-values but were given z-value examples. So, obviously we didn’t know when to apply the t-values and hence it fucked up the end result of answering the question. Pretty much made my day, was really disappointed. Still am. 110 marks where the 40 marks goes to the first part, 70 to the next… 4 questions and I messed up on 2 of them. I’m not sure what to expect. The lecturer said he wont be too harsh since it was our first assessment of the year. Oh wait, it accounts for 10% of the final grade. Whoopee doo? I’m not even sure if the 2nd part was done the right way. Serene, Ernest and I had more or less the same values (with a confidence of 95%).

Yeah, there’s nothing much I can do but wait for the results and individual feedback.

Tried to take my mind off things for a while with the gym. Cardio-ed 10mins and lift some weights.. Casual.

I’ve realised that the whole house + the PRs have started playing Farmville. This is sooo funny. I never knew playing a game could be this influential 😀 I’m starting Restaurant City again, since I’ve got THAT much time. Not. I need to buck up.

After all these, it’s back to the books. Need to put my game face on!

if I ever pretend that nothing went wrong…

Can’t stop listening to old music. Love them!

Apologies to those frequent viewers who were etching for a news feed from my blog. Nothing much has happened recently. Been a really good boy these few days as usual. Sleep enough to wake up for 9am lectures and manage to just be on time for lectures to be carried out.

As for the part of actually waking up, I had a wonderful yet weird dream of my xCHMS people where they partied at my place (well not 96BR nor my house in Brunei) and they left their stuff. There were toilet scenes, pretty dark and scary as well. I’ve no idea what happened. I only remember trying to call Sheeling to inform her and the rest that their stuff are still at my place. After that, it was like ‘Oh shit, I’m gonna be late, gonna be late!’

I woke up and it was 8.39am. Lecture at 9am. Jumped out of bed looking for my phone and wondered why the alarm didn’t re-snooze. Stomped up to shower but someone was in there. Assumed it was Eric, but it ended up being WeiZheng. Zzzz… He came out laughing at me since I sat by the stairs waiting for him to get out. 6 minutes and I’m out of the showers, ran downstairs got ready and ran out of the house. Texted Zheng to lock the door.

Walked out and still managed to be ON TIME for lectures. Too pro.. haha.. Should do this more often…..

Oh yeah, whoever thinks that they’re safe in my room… they’re really not!

The past few days were pretty much monotonous. Really, my timetable’s being a bitch to me with nothing to do after 11am.. or earlier. I feel nerdy.

Had dinner at Nandos one night with 101BR girls..

Wasn’t a decent picture of me, but who cares?! Haha! Shared a Meal Platter + 1/2 chicken with Eric. Was so bloated pretty much because I kept drinking coke. Bloated right after the last chicken.

Yeah, pretty much sums up that events on that day besides the trash distributing along BR.

So.. out of boredom, I’ve been playing ‘facebook games’ as Serene would say it and have been on a roll in pestering people on my msn list.

Students by day, trash distributors by night..

only happens on Sunday nights when people actually leave their trash bins out for collection on Monday mornings. Damn awkward doing such things at night!

Need a bit of a recap since the past few days went by too quickly for me to post a blog.

Went to the Freshers Fair with Ashley to get more deals on stuff.. Wasn’t that great this time round.

After the fair, the housemates and I went to Beeston to get ourselves a new tv. Well, the previous tv died on us with a beeping ticking time bomb sound. Was pretty scary since we were all in front of the tv playing MarioKart on the Wii. Yeah, got ourselves an Alba flat screen hd tv. Weee~

Revamp

Went to Uni to get my Module Entry Form for the new year. Got back home through the kitchen door since my key’s a bit cacat with the front door. Didn’t realise that the alarm was on and everyone else was out. Stayed in til the rest came back..

Didn’t have much to do but chat and play rockband on my own. Was so good at it~ lolz.. ahhahahahha!

Few days back, the rockband drum set was broken coz of very heavy stepping. Was pretty much okay about it but then Low fixed it up with some home tools. Props to Low for this!!

I’m tired. Been playing rockband for 4-5hrs straight. I need sleep.
